Abstract

The solid waste polygon of Kaliningrad City was established in I 978. According to Russian
environment protection legislation a special internal program for an enterprise to monitor and
control the impact on surface and underground water, air, soil, noise is necessary to be
prepared. In 200 I KMC "Chistota" approved such a program and started to regularly make
chemical analysis of surface water, soil and air.
